We run a semi-mechanised model: machinery handles the repeatable steps for consistency, and skilled operators handle the details that machines get wrong. That balance is what keeps quality stable as order volume grows.

How an order moves through the factory
Each stage has a defined output. You always know what has been completed and what comes next.
Enquiry & product plan
Style photos, reference samples or tech pack reviewed. We propose fabrics, construction and a target price band.
Sampling & approval
Fit sample, then size set and pre-production sample. Lab dips approved for colour before bulk.
Fabric & trim sourcing
Fabric booked, tested for weight, stretch and colour fastness. Labels and packaging produced.
Cutting
Fabric relaxed and inspected before spreading. Marker planning to control consumption.
Sewing
Line-based production with in-line checks at each operation, not only at the end.
Finishing & QC
Trimming, pressing, measurement check and AQL inspection before packing.
Packing & shipping
Polybag, hangtag and carton labelling to your requirement. Export documents prepared.

Quality control and lead times
Quality problems are cheaper to catch early. Our checks are staged through production rather than concentrated at final inspection.
